걸어온 길

Kwon Jung-yeol and Yoon Chul-jong, senior and junior members of a school band from Gumi, North Gyeongsang, debuted as a duo on the Hongdae indie scene in 2010. When Yoon Chul-jong left in June 2017, it became a one-man act led by Kwon Jung-yeol.

His simple acoustic sound with djembe and guitar and his honest lyrics are his hallmarks. He has numbered his albums like 1.0 and 2.0 ever since.

He became a leading figure of the indie scene in 2010 with 〈아메리카노〉, and in 2016 took his first No. 1 on the Gaon Digital Chart with 〈봄이 좋냐??〉. Even after becoming a solo act, 〈매트리스〉 and 〈이 밤을 빌려 말해요〉 were popular.

He signed with CAMWITH in February 2025 and released his 5th full-length album 《5.0》 in July. That same year he hosted KBS's 《The Seasons》.
