Group Story
A girl group launched by HYBE's ADOR, debuting on July 22, 2022 by releasing the 'Attention' music video without prior notice. They followed with their 1st EP 《New Jeans》, featuring 'Hype Boy' and 'Cookie'.
Known for a laid-back sound reminiscent of the 1990s and 2000s and a 'girl next door' image. The group lightly blends genres such as UK garage, Jersey club and new jack swing.
In their debut year they won both Best New Artist and a daesang at the Asia Artist Awards. In 2023, with 'Ditto' and their 2nd EP 《Get Up》, they took daesangs at both MAMA and the Melon Music Awards.
The group has been inactive since late 2024, and Danielle left in December 2025. In July 2026 they posted '2026 Summer of NewJeans' videos and photos, but no official comeback date has been set yet.
