걸어온 길
She started as a magazine model at age twelve and appeared in commercials and teen dramas. She debuted as a singer in 1997 with 〈하늘색 꿈〉, a cover of a Locust song.
In her early days she was loved for a bright, innocent image, and in 2000 she made a bold transformation with 〈성인식〉. From 2009 she shifted to acoustic music with songs she wrote herself.
〈Steal Away〉, 〈성인식〉 and 〈난 남자야〉 were hits in succession, establishing her as a popular singer from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. In 2013, 〈Mr. Lee〉 reached No. 1 on major music sites.
Her 9th full-length album 《Parkjiyoon9》 in 2017 contained eight of her own compositions, and in December 2023 she released her 10th full-length album 《Breathe Breathe》.
